    REVIEW HIGHLIGHTS

    I like it

As you can see this is a unique style of a knife. Its shape makes for a good and easy grip on it. It is 33/4" long so nice size for a pocket knife. I got one maybe 25 years ago on a late night knife selling show on TV (which is still very good - but I do take care of my things and it hasn't been abused) I saw it on the SMKW and wanted one- it is a nice knife.

    OVERVIEW

The Frost Black Hills Steel Blue Tick Choctaw Lockback is a blend of traditional craftsmanship and rugged reliability, making it a standout choice for everyday carry or as a collector’s piece. Featuring a 440 stainless steel blade, this knife offers exceptional corrosion resistance and holds a sharp edge through tough tasks. Whether you're using it for general cutting, carving, or outdoor applications, the 440 stainless steel ensures durability and precision, making it a dependable tool for a wide range of uses.

The blade is housed in a stunning Winter Aged jigged bone handle that not only adds to the knife’s visual appeal but also offers a comfortable and secure grip. The textured surface of the jigged bone provides extra traction, ensuring that the knife stays firm in your hand during use. This classic bone material has been treated to resemble the wear and character of a knife that has already lived through years of hard work, giving it an authentic, vintage aesthetic right out of the box. The handle is complemented by brass pins and liners that add both strength and a subtle touch of elegance, while the nickel silver bolsters provide a polished contrast to the rugged bone handle.

One of the key features of the Blue Tick Choctaw Lockback is the lockback mechanism itself, which provides reliable blade security during use. The lockback design ensures that the blade will stay firmly in place when deployed, giving you peace of mind during heavy-duty tasks. Once you're done, the knife folds easily into its compact 3.75" closed length, making it easy to slip into your pocket or pack without taking up much space. The knife is also fitted with a polished stainless steel dog head shield, a distinctive detail that adds a touch of personality to this functional tool.

Crafted in China, this knife continues Frost Cutlery’s tradition of producing quality blades with attention to detail. The Frost Black Hills Steel Blue Tick Choctaw Lockback is a knife that’s built to last, combining style, strength, and functionality in one compact package.
