SHOP CASE KNIVESThe Half Face Blades Osoraku 4in Fixed Knife OD Green Canvas Micarta Midnight Bronze Cerakote Allen Bolts Textured Grip is built for those who demand serious performance from a dependable field knife. Designed by Half Face Blades, the American company founded by former Navy SEAL Andrew Arrabito, this knife reflects a dedication to durable materials, precision construction, and practical design. Built in the United States and engineered for real-world use, the Osoraku delivers strength, reliability, and cutting control in a purpose-driven fixed blade.
Measuring 8.2 inches overall with a 4-inch blade, the Osoraku offers an ideal balance between compact carry and working capability. The blade’s angular Osoraku profile is known for its reinforced tip and strong cutting edge, giving the knife impressive piercing strength and slicing performance. Whether it’s handling camp chores, field work, or general utility cutting, the blade geometry allows for precise control while maintaining the toughness required for demanding tasks.
The blade is crafted from American CPM S45VN stainless steel, a premium powder metallurgy steel respected for its outstanding edge retention, corrosion resistance, and durability. With a blade thickness of .14 inches, the knife maintains a solid backbone for strength while still delivering the slicing performance needed for detailed work. The blade also features an acid etched finish that gives it a subdued, battle-worn look while adding a layer of protection against wear and environmental exposure.
Over that foundation sits Midnight Bronze Cerakote, a ceramic-based coating known for its toughness and resistance to abrasion and corrosion. This finish adds durability to the blade while giving it a deep bronze tactical appearance that stands up well to hard use in the field.
The handle is built from OD Green Canvas Micarta, a material long favored for hard-use knives. Made from layered fabric and resin, micarta becomes incredibly tough once cured and provides dependable grip even in wet or challenging conditions. It’s also resistant to temperature changes and built to endure years of use. Over time, canvas micarta develops a subtle patina that reflects the character of the knife’s use, giving it a unique look that evolves with the owner.
A textured grip pattern is machined into the handle scales to enhance traction and control during demanding cutting tasks. The scales are secured with durable Allen bolts that hold the handle firmly to the full tang construction while also allowing for service or scale replacement if needed.
Each Osoraku includes a rugged Kydex sheath designed to keep the knife secure and accessible. Lightweight and durable, the sheath offers reliable retention and easy carry whether on the belt or attached to gear.
