SHOP CASE KNIVESThe McNees Dixon Folding Knife combines modern materials, bold design, and precision American craftsmanship in a hardworking folder built for serious everyday carry. Designed by custom knifemaker Jonathan McNees, the Dixon showcases the clean lines, purposeful engineering, and meticulous machining that have made his work highly respected among knife enthusiasts who value both performance and durability.
At the center of the knife is a 3.75" CPM MagnaCut stainless tool steel clip point blade. MagnaCut has quickly become one of the most desirable modern blade steels thanks to its remarkable balance of toughness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention. The blade features a rugged stonewash finish that helps hide the marks of real-world use while reducing glare during cutting tasks. A large thumb hole allows for fast, confident one-handed opening so the knife is always ready when the job calls for it.
The Dixon uses a sturdy framelock mechanism that delivers secure lockup and dependable performance under demanding conditions. The handles are crafted from Atomic Violet titanium with a machined frag pattern that enhances both grip and visual appeal. The textured pattern provides excellent traction in the hand, while the vivid violet finish gives the knife a striking modern character that stands out in any pocket or collection. Stonewashed hardware complements the rugged blade finish and creates a cohesive, hard-use aesthetic, while the matching titanium pocket clip keeps the knife secure and accessible for daily carry.
Measuring 4.5" closed and weighing 5.29 ounces, the Dixon strikes a confident balance between strength and portability. It offers a substantial feel in hand without becoming cumbersome, making it well suited for both demanding cutting jobs and everyday utility tasks.
