This larger variant retains the clean symmetry and intuitive design Microtech built into the Dirac series, but with a heftier build and more blade to work with. At the heart of this model is a 3.79-inch dagger blade with a distinct Apocalyptic finish—an aggressive, worn look that sets it apart from traditional coatings while maintaining excellent durability and corrosion resistance.

The blade steel varies depending on production run, but Microtech typically uses top-tier materials like Böhler M390MK, known for excellent edge retention and reliability in hard-use scenarios. The dagger grind makes this blade ideal for piercing while keeping the edge symmetrical for balanced performance on either side.

The handle is crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, anodized in a bold red that adds high-visibility style to its tactical function.
