The Beans Blades Mini Warrior Folder in Carbon Fiber Black Twill is a compact, purpose-built everyday carry knife that brings the spirit of Derek Beans’ custom fixed-blade Warrior design into a streamlined folding platform. Designed as a premium production EDC piece, it blends tactical inspiration, modern materials, and practical carry dimensions into a knife that’s built for real-world use without unnecessary bulk.
At its core, the Mini Warrior features a 3-inch blade crafted from Bohler M390 premium stainless steel, a high-performance steel known for exceptional edge retention, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. This is a steel choice favored by serious users who expect consistent cutting performance over time. The blade is ground into a tanto shape, delivering strong tip geometry and excellent piercing capability, paired with a satin finish that highlights clean lines and refined machining.
Measuring 7.25 inches overall with a 4.25-inch handle, the Mini Warrior is designed for balanced ergonomics and confident control in a compact footprint. The 0.159-inch blade thickness adds strength and stability, giving the blade authority without compromising slicing efficiency.
The Carbon Fiber Black Twill handle brings a timeless, understated look with a woven texture that enhances grip and visual depth. It’s lightweight, strong, and purpose-driven, matching the knife’s focus on performance and portability. The clean black aesthetic keeps the design sharp and professional while maintaining a custom-inspired edge.
Deployment is secure and straightforward with a reliable frame lock mechanism that keeps the blade firmly in place during use. The tip-up, right-hand pocket clip allows for discreet, consistent carry and quick access when needed, making it an easy companion for daily tasks.
Built by Beans Blades, a family-owned and operated company founded in 2019, the Mini Warrior reflects the brand’s roots in mechanical and electrical craftsmanship and a deep passion for knives and EDC gear. From custom fixed blades and multi-tools to pens and folding knives, Beans Blades continues to grow its presence at major shows including Blade Show Texas, Atlanta, Utah, 50/50 Productions Nashville, and NYCKS, alongside pop-up events shared through social media.
The Mini Warrior carries forward the DNA of the original fixed blade Warrior design while adapting it into a compact folding format that’s built for everyday performance and carry.
