Opening the Rescom 2.0 is easy thanks to the ambidextrous thumb studs, allowing access to the blade from either hand. Once deployed, the blade is securely locked in place by a robust framelock mechanism, reinforced with a thick two-millimeter steel plate for added stability. A pronounced hand guard offers extra grip and keeps your hand from slipping onto the blade during use, even in high-pressure situations.

The handle is made from black Zytel with a textured, three-dimensional milling pattern, ensuring a firm grip even when wet. Ergonomically designed with jimping along the thumb rest and a well-placed grip, the Rescom 2.0 feels secure and comfortable in hand during extended use.
