Buck Alpha Backcountry Scout & Guthook Combo BU14606

The Buck Alpha Backcountry Scout & Guthook Combo is built for hunters who demand lightweight performance, dependable durability, and practical field functionality. Proudly made in the USA, this specialized field-processing kit pairs a compact fixed blade with a purpose-built guthook tool, giving you the essentials needed to handle game efficiently without unnecessary bulk.

The Alpha Scout Backcountry Knife features a 2.875" full-bellied drop point blade crafted from proven 420HC stainless steel. Its deep hollow grind delivers excellent slicing performance, while the bright orange Cerakote finish adds outstanding resistance to corrosion and scratches and makes the knife easy to spot in the field. The full tang construction provides dependable strength, and the black VersaFlex rubber overlays on the glass-filled nylon handle offer a secure, high-traction grip even in wet or cold conditions. A custom black Kydex sheath supports multiple carry options, including modular and scout-style configurations, so it's always within easy reach.

Complementing the knife is Buck's dedicated Guthook Multi-Tool. Its skeletonized stainless steel frame keeps weight to a minimum while delivering the control needed for clean, efficient skinning. The integrated heavy-duty finger grip provides confident handling, and the durable black woven polyester sheath with an embroidered Buck Knives logo and secure snap-button closure protects the tool until it's needed.

Whether you're packing deep into the backcountry or preparing for a successful hunt close to home, this two-piece kit delivers reliable performance where every ounce matters.
