CIVIVI Knives delivers a no-nonsense, everyday-ready interpretation of maritime-inspired design with the Iron Tide Folder in gray aluminum. Created in collaboration with Pete's Pirate Life and designer Peter McKinnon, Model C25011-3 carries forward the proven DNA of the original PPK V2 Contour fixed blade, reimagined into a compact folding format built for real-world carry and hard use.

The Iron Tide is shaped by nautical influence, with flowing, rope-inspired ergonomics that prioritize control, comfort, and natural handling. The gray aluminum handle reinforces that mission with a clean, utilitarian appearance and lightweight strength. It’s sculpted to fit the hand like it belongs there, offering a secure, confident grip across a wide range of tasks without adding unnecessary bulk or complexity.

At its core is a 3.24” clip point blade made from 14C28N stainless steel, heat treated to 58–60HRC for a dependable balance of toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. The gray stonewashed finish gives the blade a subdued, working aesthetic that hides wear and blends seamlessly into daily carry environments. A flat grind enhances slicing efficiency, keeping performance consistent whether you’re handling light utility tasks or more demanding cutting work.

Deployment is designed for speed and flexibility. Dual thumb studs and a flipper tab allow multiple opening options depending on preference, while the caged ceramic ball bearing pivot ensures smooth, controlled action every time the blade is brought into play. The button lock system provides secure engagement with a tuned spring tension that resists accidental opening yet releases cleanly when intentionally pressed, striking a practical balance between safety and usability.

The handle construction uses aluminum for a strong, lightweight frame at just 3.66oz, making it easy to carry all day without noticing it until needed. The ergonomics are intentionally shaped for extended comfort, reducing fatigue while maintaining positive control during extended use. A titanium pocket clip adds durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring secure retention through daily carry demands.

Measuring 7.62” overall with a closed length of 4.37”, the Iron Tide sits in a compact, pocket-friendly footprint while still offering real cutting utility when deployed.
