Once known for producing dependable working knives and tools used in industrial and military applications—including Vietnam-era production—Clyde Cutlery remains a name tied to durability and honest workmanship.

This Caper pattern is based on the classic Nessmuk-inspired design, a proven hunting profile trusted for generations. With an overall length of 6.75 inches and a 2.6-inch blade, it offers the ideal balance of control and cutting efficiency for caping, skinning, and precision field work. Its compact size and curved blade geometry make it exceptionally capable in close, detailed cutting tasks where accuracy matters most.

The blade is forged from 1095 carbon steel, a time-tested material known for toughness, ease of sharpening, and reliable edge retention.
