Council Tool 5# Fallers/Logger SB Axe

The Council Tool 5# Fallers/Logger SB Axe features a 5 lbs. forged tool steel axe head that is 4.34" bit length from toe-to-heel and 7.37" overall head length from bit-to-poll. It has a 5" cutting length. It has a longer poll balance, balanced head from front to back, and convex bevels/bit. It also has a wedge shaped blade with a chamfered poll. The axe head is coated with red enamel with a clear lacquered finish cutting edge and it's hydraulically seated with a serrated aluminum wedge on a 28" straight American Hickory handle.
