The Demko AD20.5 Stealth - Slicer Shark - Black Aluminum is a hard-working folding knife that combines premium materials, rugged construction, and Demko's innovative Shark Lock into a compact EDC package. Whether you're opening boxes, preparing camp food, cutting cordage, or handling everyday chores, this folder delivers the cutting performance and control you need.
Its 3.125-inch slicer blade is made from CPM 20CV stainless steel, a premium blade steel known for its excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. The slicer profile provides a long, efficient cutting edge that's well suited to making clean cuts through a wide range of materials. A black DLC finish gives the blade a dark, tactical appearance while adding another layer of protection against wear and corrosion. The result is a blade that's as capable on the job as it is at home or in the field.
Opening the blade is quick and intuitive with the generously sized thumb hole. It gives you a secure purchase for controlled deployment and keeps the knife's profile clean and streamlined. Once the blade is open, Demko's distinctive Shark Lock secures it in place. Positioned on the spine of the handle, the Shark Lock can be operated without putting your fingers directly in the path of the blade, giving the AD20.5 a distinctive combination of strength, control, and user-friendly operation.
The black aluminum handle keeps the knife lightweight while providing a solid, durable grip. Its dark finish complements the DLC-coated blade and gives the Stealth version a clean, understated appearance. Aluminum is also well suited to everyday carry, offering a rugged handle material without adding unnecessary weight. At 7.625 inches overall and weighing just 4.5 ounces, the AD20.5 carries comfortably while still providing enough handle length for confident cutting.
A tip-up pocket clip keeps the knife ready for everyday carry and allows for a consistent, accessible draw. Whether you're carrying it around the shop, keeping it in your pocket during a day outdoors, or relying on it as an everyday utility folder, the AD20.5 is designed to stay close at hand without becoming a burden.
The Demko AD20.5 Stealth - Slicer Shark - Black Aluminum brings together premium CPM 20CV steel, a DLC finish, a capable slicer blade, and the proven Shark Lock in a rugged EDC design. It's a modern folder with serious cutting performance and a distinctive locking system that sets it apart from the crowd.
