The Gahagan Customs Ocelot Dagger is a compact fixed blade engineered for stealth, efficiency, and dependable performance. Inspired by the elusive wild cat it's named after, the Ocelot is built smaller for convenient carry and concealment without giving up the advantages of a purpose-driven dagger. Its 5-inch double-edged spear point blade is crafted from 80CRV2 steel and features a central fuller that gives the blade a distinctive profile while promoting clean, efficient penetration. With a substantial .165-inch blade thickness, the Ocelot is built for demanding use.
The tan G-10 handle features an aggressive textured pattern designed to provide a secure, confident grip. Whether you're carrying the knife with bare hands or gloves, the textured surface helps maintain control during use. Measuring 9.75 inches overall and weighing just 4.1 ounces, the Ocelot is lightweight and easy to carry while still offering the capable presence of a serious fixed blade. From its double-edged spear point to its grippy G-10 handle, every element serves a purpose.
A black Kydex sheath is included for secure carry and convenient access. Its durable construction complements the Ocelot's rugged design while protecting the blade when it's not in use. The combination of 80CRV2 steel, tan G-10, and a black Kydex sheath gives this Ocelot a clean, hard-use appearance that's unmistakably Gahagan Customs.
Gahagan Customs is built around the craftsmanship and experience of knifemaker Kyle Gahagan. Kyle developed his passion for knifemaking at an early age before serving with the 1st Ranger Battalion and completing tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. After his military service, he returned to knifemaking in the early 2000s, turning a garage hobby into a respected family business focused on rugged, dependable knives. Years of research, hands-on experience, and collaboration with accomplished bladesmiths have helped shape the distinctive style behind Gahagan Customs.
Kyle earned his ABS Journeyman Smith rating at the 2015 Blade Show in Atlanta and appeared on Forged in Fire in 2016. His work has also been featured in Blade Magazine and Knife Magazine. The Ocelot reflects his commitment to practical design and hard-use performance, combining a compact, lightweight profile with a secure textured G-10 handle and purpose-driven double-edged dagger blade.
