The GiantMouse ACE Nibbler Red Aluminum brings compact cutting performance and distinctive style to everyday carry. Made in a special collaboration with Reate Knives, this lightweight manual folder combines a practical Wharncliffe blade with streamlined construction and quality materials. It’s small enough to disappear into a pocket but capable enough to handle the everyday cutting chores that come up throughout the day.
The 2-inch N690 stainless steel Wharncliffe blade features a clean satin finish and a straight, controlled cutting edge. The Wharncliffe profile is particularly useful for precise slicing, giving the user a predictable edge for opening packages, cutting tape, trimming cord, breaking down cardboard, and handling other routine tasks. N690 stainless steel offers a solid balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, making it well suited to an everyday carry knife that may see frequent use. The satin finish gives the blade a clean, professional appearance that pairs well with the bold red handle.
A thumb hole provides a straightforward method of manual deployment, while the blade rides on a smooth ball-bearing pivot for a fluid opening action. Once deployed, the linerlock secures the blade firmly in place for cutting. The locking mechanism keeps the design simple and efficient while maintaining the Nibbler’s slim, compact profile.
The anodized red aluminum handles give this ACE Nibbler a bold appearance while helping keep its weight remarkably low. Aluminum provides a durable, lightweight foundation for the handle, and the anodized finish adds both color and character. A gray aluminum backspacer creates a sharp contrast against the red handles while completing the streamlined construction. The combination gives the knife a modern look without sacrificing its practical everyday-carry design.
Measuring just 2.76 inches closed and weighing only 1.9 ounces, the Nibbler is exceptionally easy to carry. An ambidextrous wire pocket clip offers a secure and versatile carry option while keeping the knife's overall profile clean and unobtrusive. A lanyard hole provides an additional attachment point for users who prefer to carry a lanyard or add extra retention.
From opening boxes and packages to cutting cord, tape, and other everyday materials, the GiantMouse ACE Nibbler Red Aluminum is designed to handle small cutting tasks with confidence. Its compact dimensions make it an excellent choice for anyone who wants a capable blade without the weight and bulk of a larger folder. With its premium N690 blade, smooth ball-bearing action, secure linerlock, anodized aluminum handles, and contrasting backspacer, the Nibbler delivers a well-rounded combination of performance and style.
