The Hinderer Eklipse 3.0 is a purpose-built folding knife designed for hard use, precision control, and long-term durability. Rick Hinderer’s unmistakable design language shows through in every line, combining rugged materials with a compact, high-performance platform that’s equally at home in demanding field work or everyday carry.
The blade measures 3” and is crafted from CPM 20CV stainless steel, a premium steel known for exceptional edge retention, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Its Harpoon Spanto profile delivers a reinforced tip for heavy-duty piercing strength while still maintaining excellent slicing performance along the edge. The Working Finish gives the blade a tough, broken-in look that helps conceal wear and stands up to real-world use. A flipper tab allows fast, reliable manual deployment with smooth, confident action.
A sturdy stainless steel linerlock secures the blade with strong, dependable lockup under hard use. It’s built for simplicity and strength, offering consistent performance with minimal maintenance.
The handles feature translucent green G-10 over Working Finish titanium liners, creating a layered look that reveals depth and structure while maintaining serious durability. The G-10 provides a secure, grippy texture in all conditions, while the titanium liners add rigidity and long-term strength without unnecessary bulk. A titanium pocket clip completes the build, ensuring secure and dependable pocket carry.
Measuring 4.31” closed and weighing 4.2 ounces, the Eklipse 3.0 carries with a solid, confident feel that reflects its hard-use intentions while still remaining practical for everyday use.
