Very nice hand sharpener
I'm developing a system of sharpening, since I use a worksharp guided field sharpener. I love that sharpener, it's fantastic, I've learned how to sharpen using it and can actually detect a difference afterwards than say, using whetstones.
But for me the worksharp was awkward to use with larger knives like the Ka-bar Turok or even a Buck 119. Lots of people say to stay away from pull through sharpeners, and they are right; one could say this sharpener is also a pull through sharpener. But it's worth it, I'd say.
It makes knives sharp without sacrificing too much metal, and it can help fine tune a sharpening that another system has done.
I don't use this on just Ka-bar knives, I use other brands too, and each and every one of them has come out of it razor sharp. If you have any doubts, put them aside, and take the same gamble that I did.
