CASE KNIVES
High quality, extremely collectible handmade knives since the 1800s.
SHOP CASE KNIVESExperience the raw power and precision of medieval warfare with the Kingston Arms Great Sword. Designed by CAS founder Barry Ross, this formidable two-handed sword is crafted to embody the true spirit and functionality of the historical great swords used to carve through ranks of armored pole-arm soldiers.
The Great Sword features a massive 39 1/2-inch 1566 steel blade with a double-edged design and a flattened ricasso for enhanced control during close-quarters combat. Parrying hooks at the end of the ricasso protect your hand and help trap enemy blades. A 14 1/4" fuller along the blade reduces weight without sacrificing strength, while the point of balance 3 inches from the guard ensures exceptional maneuverability.
Built with a 16-inch handle and a 12 3/4-inch leather-wrapped grip, the sword offers comfortable handling, whether for powerful sweeping strikes or carrying over the shoulder. The double-ringed stainless steel guard and pommel have a matte finish, and the guard spans an impressive 15 inches from tip to tip.
Weighing 5 pounds, with a point of harmonics 19 inches from the tip, this sword is expertly balanced for both cutting power and precise thrusting. It ships disassembled to keep shipping costs down—assembly is quick and easy by sliding the guard over the tang, fitting the grip, and screwing on the pommel.
Built for collectors, reenactors, and serious sword enthusiasts, the Kingston Arms Great Sword offers authentic craftsmanship, durability, and performance in one outstanding package.
Add the Kingston Arms Great Sword to your collection and wield a piece of history crafted for strength, balance, and battlefield dominance.
