The Microtech Amphibian Mini RAM-LOK Marfione Select combines premium craftsmanship, rugged performance, and precision engineering in a compact manual folding knife. This distinctive configuration pairs a partially serrated stonewashed drop point blade with stonewashed slab-side titanium handles and rich bronze titanium accents, delivering an understated yet striking design built for serious knife enthusiasts.
The drop point blade is crafted from M390MK stainless steel, a premium powder metallurgy steel developed through Microtech's collaboration with Böhler. It's engineered to deliver excellent edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance for demanding cutting tasks. The stonewashed finish gives the blade a rugged, work-ready appearance while helping disguise the minor scratches that develop through regular use. Its partially serrated edge combines smooth slicing performance with added versatility for cutting through tougher materials.
Stonewashed slab-side titanium handles provide a solid, durable foundation with a clean, industrial aesthetic. Titanium offers an impressive balance of strength and weight, making it an excellent material for a premium everyday carry knife. Bronze titanium accents introduce a warm metallic contrast against the muted stonewashed surfaces, adding depth and visual character without overwhelming the knife's rugged design. The result is a refined Marfione Select configuration that balances purposeful construction with distinctive styling.
Microtech's RAM-LOK mechanism delivers secure blade engagement and smooth manual operation. Compact, capable, and meticulously finished, this Amphibian Mini is an excellent choice for enthusiasts who appreciate premium materials, practical cutting performance, and unmistakable Microtech design.
