The Maverick Customs Flipper Universal (FU) Pen is built for those who appreciate precision machining, innovative design, and American craftsmanship. Made in the USA, this isn't just another everyday carry pen—it's a conversation piece that combines the satisfying action of a custom flipper knife with the practicality of a premium writing instrument.
What sets the Flipper Universal apart is its unique deployment system. A knife-inspired flipper tab folds neatly into the body when not in use, then deploys smoothly with a quick flick for fast, satisfying access whenever inspiration strikes. The mechanism delivers the same tactile enjoyment knife enthusiasts appreciate while remaining purpose-built for dependable daily writing.
Versatility is another hallmark of the FU Pen. Its Universal Refill System includes two length adapters and three springs, allowing it to accept a wide variety of popular pen refills. Whether you have a favorite ink cartridge or want the freedom to experiment with different writing styles, this adaptable design keeps your options open without sacrificing performance.
This version makes an unmistakable impression with its Black Bloodsplatter Cerakote aluminum body, offering lightweight strength and outstanding resistance to everyday wear. The Butterscotch Micarta flipper adds rich contrast and warm texture while providing excellent grip during deployment. Completing the build is a precision-milled titanium pocket clip that delivers exceptional durability and secure carry with a refined finish worthy of a premium EDC tool.
Every detail reflects Maverick Customs' commitment to quality, from the expertly machined components to the flawless fit and finish. Whether clipped in your pocket for daily use or displayed as part of an EDC collection, the Flipper Universal Pen delivers distinctive style, dependable function, and craftsmanship you'll appreciate every time you put it to paper.
