Built by Tony Marfione, the Microtech Knives A.D.O. (Alpha Detachment Operative) takes the hollow-handle fixed blade in a distinctly refined direction. Rather than relying on separate blade and handle components, the entire knife is machined from a single billet of CPM-3V tool steel, creating a remarkably strong, seamless construction.
The 3.625" double-edge dagger blade features symmetrical flat grinds, a 0.162" blade thickness, and a Black DLC Double Vapor Blast finish that gives the knife a rugged, subdued appearance. The matching hollow handle is also finished in Black DLC Double Vapor Blast and contains a watertight storage cavity sealed by an O-ring. A threaded titanium end cap provides secure access to the cavity and incorporates an integrated glass breaker.
Despite its robust construction, the A.D.O. weighs just 2.82 ounces. Its 7.125" overall length keeps it compact and easy to carry, while the included Chattanooga Leather Works brown leather sheath features a Discreet Carry Concepts clip for versatile inside-the-waistband or boot carry. Handmade in the USA, this is a highly specialized fixed blade with premium materials and meticulous construction throughout.
