Microtech’s proprietary M390MK steel was developed in collaboration with engineers at Böhler to improve edge retention and corrosion resistance over the already-popular M390 platform. The spring-assisted blade deploys through Microtech’s RAM-LOK crossbar opening and locking system, allowing quick, intuitive operation with a press of the lock and a flick of the wrist.
The aircraft-grade aluminum handles are also finished in Storm Gray Cerakote, giving the entire knife a cohesive, subdued appearance while providing a rugged protective coating.
