This Ultratech features a 3.35" drop point blade crafted from premium Böhler M390MK steel and given a one-of-a-kind Apocalyptic finish. The heavily distressed treatment creates a rugged, battle-worn appearance, while the versatile drop point profile offers a practical cutting edge suited to a wide range of everyday tasks.
Microtech’s proprietary M390MK steel was developed in collaboration with engineers at Böhler to improve edge retention and corrosion resistance over the already highly regarded M390 steel. A thumb slide provides smooth, positive control for deploying and retracting the blade, delivering the quick, intuitive operation expected from a Microtech OTF.
The handle is crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with a natural clear anodic coating. This protective, colorless anodic finish enhances corrosion resistance and durability while preserving the aluminum’s native appearance, giving the knife a clean, industrial look that lets the material speak for itself. An ambidextrous stainless steel pocket clip provides secure carry, while the integrated glass breaker adds practical utility.
