The Effile series is elegant and ergonomic and this  No12 makes a great table knife. All Effie knives have narrow flexible blades and the larger ones for cutting meat and filleting fish. All Effille knives have a slightly flexible blade and are not designed to be used for heavy-duty tasks. Please don’t leave your Opinel knife in damp environments for too long and always dry the blade after each use.
