This 5 inch Boning Knife has a short and rigid blade to separate flesh from the bones and to remove fat from meats. It also has a handle guard that protects the hand from the cutting edge of the blade while slicing.

The Opinel Parallele N122 Boning Knife Beechwood features a 6.81 inch X50CrMoV15 Stainless Steel blade with a clip point boning knife tip and a satin finish. This full tang fixed blade kitchen knife has a Beechwood handle with stainless steel pins. It’s 12.16 inches overall and weighs 2.5 ounces.
