The SOG Terminus XR brings a rugged, modern look to everyday carry with a distinctive Black Blue Vortex Pattern handle and a dependable Cyro D2 blade. Designed for users who want practical cutting performance in a compact package, this folding knife combines a capable blade, versatile opening options, and an ambidextrous carry setup.
The 2.95-inch hollow-ground blade is made from Cyro D2 steel and finished with a durable Black Titanium Nitride coating. The 2.84mm-thick blade offers a solid balance of strength and cutting performance while maintaining a compact profile that's well suited for everyday tasks. The Black Titanium Nitride finish gives the blade a dark, tactical appearance while helping protect the steel from wear and corrosion.
The Terminus XR's handle is constructed from layered G10, featuring a striking Black Blue Vortex Pattern that gives each knife an aggressive, dimensional appearance. Measuring 4.26 inches in length and 11.90mm in thickness, the handle provides a secure platform without adding unnecessary bulk. At just 3.2 ounces, the Terminus XR is lightweight enough for comfortable everyday carry while still offering the substantial feel you'd expect from a capable SOG folder.
SOG's XR locking mechanism provides secure blade retention while giving the knife a smooth, intuitive operating system. The XR opening mechanism can be activated using either the thumb stud or flipper, giving you multiple ways to deploy the blade depending on your preference and situation. This versatile setup makes the Terminus XR quick to access while keeping its operation straightforward.
For everyday carry, the Terminus XR is equipped with an ambidextrous pocket clip, allowing you to configure the knife for convenient carry on either side. Its compact dimensions, lightweight construction, versatile opening options, and distinctive styling make it an excellent choice for EDC users who want a dependable folding knife that stands apart from the crowd.
Whether you're handling everyday cutting chores, opening packages, or adding a capable folder to your EDC rotation, the SOG Terminus XR delivers the combination of performance, portability, and rugged style that SOG is known for.
