In a world where strength often hides behind noise and bulk, the SOG Slim Jim 2.0 Assisted Folding Knife speaks with quiet authority. This knife doesn’t need to shout to prove its worth. Born from the celebrated legacy of the original Slim Jim, it embodies precision, speed, and refined utility in a design so slender it practically disappears in your pocket. It’s the discreet companion that waits patiently until the moment demands action, delivering an instant, confident response that outperforms its size. Whether you’re in the city or on the trail, the Slim Jim 2.0 is a testament to the power of intelligent engineering and minimalist strength.
Every detail of the Slim Jim 2.0 reflects SOG’s dedication to purposeful design. Engineered to be one of the thinnest assisted-opening knives on the market, it balances sleek lines with exceptional functionality. A simple nudge of the ambidextrous thumb studs activates SOG’s Assisted Technology, deploying the blade with lightning-fast precision for smooth, one-handed operation. At just 0.18 inches thick and weighing only 2.4 ounces, this knife feels almost weightless, yet its presence is undeniable when performance counts.
Crafted for durability and dependability, the Slim Jim 2.0 features a 3.18-inch clip point blade made from cryogenically heat-treated AUS-8 stainless steel, offering excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The satin finish enhances its clean, professional appearance while standing up to hard use. Its single-piece 420 stainless steel handle, finished in bead-blasted gray, provides exceptional strength in a slim, ergonomic frame. A reliable lockback mechanism secures the blade during use, while an integrated safety switch adds an extra layer of confidence, whether the knife is open or closed.
The Slim Jim 2.0 is built for those who demand capability without compromise. It slips unnoticed into dress slacks, riding securely with its reversible deep-carry clip, yet is tough enough for outdoor adventures where every ounce matters. Whether you’re an urban professional, a minimalist adventurer, or an everyday carry enthusiast, this knife offers the perfect blend of discreet elegance and rugged performance.
