Spyderco Persistence Lightweight Folding Knife CPM S35VN SpyderEdge SPC136SBL

The Spyderco Persistence Lightweight Folding Knife takes the proven performance of the classic Persistence design and gives it a serious upgrade with premium CPM S35VN steel, lightweight construction, and a bold bright blue FRN handle. Compact enough for everyday carry yet built with the features you expect from Spyderco, this folder is ready to handle everything from routine cutting chores to demanding daily use.

At the heart of the Persistence is a 2.75-inch full-flat-ground blade made from American-made CPM S35VN stainless steel. Developed for an excellent balance of toughness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, S35VN uses a unique chemistry that promotes the formation of niobium carbides along with vanadium and chromium carbides. The result is a blade steel that's tough enough for hard use while maintaining a keen working edge. This version features SpyderEdge serrations, giving the blade aggressive cutting power and making it especially useful for slicing fibrous materials, cordage, webbing, and other tough materials.

The compact blade opens quickly and confidently using Spyderco's signature Trademark Round Hole, while the full-flat grind provides an efficient cutting profile and excellent slicing performance. At 6.85 inches overall and just 3.3 ounces, the Persistence Lightweight won't weigh down your pocket, but its capable construction gives it the substance you want from a dependable everyday carry knife.

Bright blue FRN scales give the handle a distinctive look while keeping weight to a minimum. The fiberglass-reinforced nylon construction is rugged enough for regular use, and Spyderco's Bi-Directional Texturing provides a secure, non-slip grip even when conditions aren't ideal. A sturdy LinerLock keeps the blade securely open during use while allowing for quick, intuitive closure when the job is done.

Carry options are equally versatile. The four-position pocket clip can be mounted for tip-up or tip-down carry on either side, making the Persistence easy to configure for right- or left-handed users. With its compact footprint, ambidextrous carry, dependable lock, premium blade steel, and lightweight construction, this Persistence is a practical folder that's built to earn its place in your everyday rotation.

Whether you're looking for a reliable work knife, a lightweight pocket companion, or a Spyderco with upgraded steel and plenty of cutting capability, the Persistence Lightweight delivers proven performance in a compact package.
