    OVERVIEW

    The Spyderco Tasman Salt 2 Lockback Folding Knife (Satin | Black FRN)  features a 2.91" H2 stainless steel Hawkbill blade with a satin finish. It’s a manual folder with Spyderco's signature round thumb hole. This lockback has black fiberglass-reinforced nylon handles with an ambidextrous stainless steel pocket clip and a lanyard hole. It’s 4.25" closed and weighs 2.1oz.

    In 2023 Spyderco changed the steel in their Salt series from H1 to the more corrosion-resistant H2. Knives from earlier production runs may have H1 stainless steel. Please contact us about the steel in a particular Spyderco Salt knife.
