    The TOPS I.C.E. Dagger Fixed Blade Knife features a 3" 1095 high carbon stainless steel blade with a black Cerakote finish. This full-tang fixed blade has textured Black G10 handles scales and a karambit-style finger ring. It is 7.75" overall and weighs 4.5oz. Includes a black Kydex sheath with a belt loop. It is an Andy Tran design. Proudly made in the USA.
