New for Spring 2026, the Very Good Knife Co Rev Jr Fixed Blade brings the proven design language of the classic Revelation into a smaller, lighter package built for everyday carry and serious cutting performance. The Rev Jr keeps the distinctive character of its larger counterpart while trimming the dimensions down to create a compact fixed blade that’s easy to carry, quick in hand, and exceptionally slicey.
The 3.4-inch clip point blade is crafted from Nitro-V stainless steel and uses a full-flat grind with the distinctive “faded plunge” transition that defines the Revelation family. Its thin 0.100-inch blade stock keeps weight to a minimum while giving the Rev Jr an efficient cutting geometry that excels when clean, controlled slicing matters. The familiar clip point profile provides a capable balance of precision and utility, making the knife well suited for everyday cutting chores, outdoor tasks, and detailed work. A stonewashed finish gives the blade a rugged, subdued appearance that’s right at home on a knife designed to be carried and used.
Soft jimping along the spine provides additional traction when you need greater control, helping keep your thumb securely positioned during detailed cutting. The 3.8-inch handle is constructed from Double Black Canvas Micarta, giving the Rev Jr a classic, understated appearance and a dependable grip. At 0.5 inches thick, the handle maintains the knife’s slim profile while providing a positive and comfortable grip. Its carefully shaped dimensions offer enough room for controlled handling without adding unnecessary bulk.
Measuring 7.35 inches overall and weighing just 3 ounces, the Rev Jr is remarkably light for a fixed blade of its capability. Its compact size makes it particularly well suited to everyday carry, whether you’re working around the shop, heading outdoors, or simply want a dependable fixed blade close at hand. The lightweight design also makes it easy to forget about until the moment you need it.
A Kydex taco-style sheath is included and is designed to accommodate most aftermarket attachment options. An attached rubberized nylon loop provides additional carrying versatility, allowing you to configure the Rev Jr for multiple carry methods. For those who prefer an ultracompact setup, the sheath is compatible with the UltiClip Slim 3.3.
The Very Good Knife Co Rev Jr takes the familiar Revelation design and distills it into a streamlined everyday fixed blade. With Nitro-V stainless steel, Double Black Canvas Micarta, a thin full-flat-ground blade, and a practical carry system, it’s built to deliver dependable performance without unnecessary weight or bulk.
