Very Good Knife Co Tradition Jr Fixed Knife Python Micarta Handle SW AEB-L Blade VGKCTJPM

Proudly made in the USA by Very Good Knife Company LLC, the Tradition Jr reflects over 12 years of intricate custom knifemaking experience. Every curve, grind, and dimension has been carefully considered to create a knife that feels natural in the hand while delivering the kind of cutting performance serious knife users appreciate.

The Tradition Jr features a 3.5-inch blade crafted from premium AEB-L stainless steel, a steel known for its excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, and fine grain structure that supports an exceptionally keen edge. Measuring just 0.135 inches thick, the blade is lightweight while remaining durable enough for everyday use. Inspired by the classic Nessmuk blade profile, its sweeping shape excels at slicing and controlled cutting tasks. The deep hollow grind produces an incredibly thin, razor-sharp edge that glides effortlessly through rope, cardboard, food, wood, and countless other materials. Finished with a rugged stonewash treatment, the blade minimizes glare while helping conceal the scratches and wear that naturally come from regular use.

The Python Micarta handle offers outstanding comfort and control in a slim, easy-to-carry profile. Micarta is prized for its durability, weather resistance, and secure grip, even in wet or dirty conditions. Despite the knife's compact size, the handle provides plenty of room for a comfortable, confident grip, making the Tradition Jr feel much larger in use than its dimensions suggest. The balanced design gives it the nimble handling of a folding knife while maintaining the strength and reliability only a fixed blade can provide.

At 7.2 inches overall and weighing just 3.6 ounces, the Tradition Jr is built to disappear in your pocket or ride comfortably on your belt throughout the day. Its lightweight construction and slim profile make it an outstanding pocket dropper, while its impressive cutting ability ensures it's always ready when work needs to be done.

A durable black Kydex sheath completes the package, providing secure retention, dependable protection, and quick access whenever you need your knife close at hand.

Combining premium AEB-L steel, custom-inspired craftsmanship, and an incredibly efficient blade design, the Very Good Knife Co. Tradition Jr delivers outstanding everyday performance in a compact, American-made fixed blade that's built to be carried and used.
