    The Victorinox Forged Paring Knife POM Black features a 4" forged high carbon stainless steel blade. It's a full tang knife with black POM handles and triple rivets. The handles will not crack and they have a bolsterless design for easy sharpening. This knife is great for cutting fruit and vegetables and doing other small jobs in the kitchen. It's 8.75" overall and it weighs 3.8 ounces.
