The Vietnam POW-MIA Embossed Linerlock Folder is a meaningful tribute to the brave Americans whose fate remains unknown and whose sacrifice will never be forgotten. Combining practical everyday functionality with powerful commemorative artwork, this folding knife serves as both a capable cutting tool and a lasting reminder of the commitment to account for those still missing from the Vietnam War.
The knife features a 3.5-inch black-coated stainless steel blade built in a versatile clip point profile. The clipped spine enhances piercing capability while maintaining excellent control for everyday cutting tasks. Measuring 0.11 inches thick, the blade strikes a balance between strength and slicing performance, making it well-suited for utility work, outdoor use, and daily carry. Engraved directly on the blade are the words "You Are Not Forgotten," a solemn message that reflects the enduring promise made to America's POW and MIA service members.
Fast deployment comes naturally thanks to the dual-opening system. Whether using the double thumb studs or the integrated flipper, the blade opens smoothly and locks securely into place with the dependable linerlock mechanism. The lock provides solid blade security during use while remaining easy to disengage when it's time to close the knife.
What truly sets this folder apart is its striking green aluminum handle. The rugged aluminum construction offers durability without excessive weight, helping keep the knife at a manageable 5.3 ounces. Embossed into the handle is the iconic Vietnam POW-MIA image accompanied by the words "You Are Not Forgotten" and the years 1959-1975. The raised design adds texture, visual depth, and historical significance, transforming the knife into a tribute that honors the memory of those who never made it home.
Practicality extends beyond cutting performance. Integrated into the handle are both a seat belt cutter and glass breaker, providing valuable emergency capabilities when seconds matter. Whether kept in a vehicle, emergency kit, or carried daily, these features add another layer of usefulness to an already versatile tool.
Measuring 8.5 inches overall and 4.75 inches when closed, the knife offers a comfortable grip and substantial feel without becoming cumbersome. A tip-down pocket clip keeps the folder secure and accessible for everyday carry.
For veterans, military families, collectors, and patriots alike, the Vietnam POW-MIA Embossed Linerlock Folder stands as a powerful symbol of remembrance, resilience, and the unwavering commitment to those who remain unaccounted for.
