At the center is a 2.81" CPM 20CV blade, a high-performance stainless steel known for excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Hardened to 59–61 HRC, it’s engineered to maintain a sharp working edge through repeated use while still offering the toughness needed for everyday cutting tasks. The modified sheepsfoot blade profile provides a straight, controlled edge with a reinforced tip area, making it especially effective for precision cuts, push cutting, and general utility work. A silver bead blasted finish reduces glare and gives the blade a clean, technical appearance that complements the knife’s modern design language.

The handle is machined from 6AL4V titanium and finished in a uniform gray tone, giving the StarHawk a subtle, professional look backed by serious structural strength. At 3.90" closed and 6.71" overall, it offers a compact footprint that carries easily while still providing a secure and comfortable grip when deployed.
