The Work Tuff Gear Devilhorn Fixed Knife is a compact, mission-ready EDC blade built for users who want hard-use performance in a streamlined, easy-carry format. Evolving from the success of the Woodscraft Chanto platform, the Devilhorn was intentionally scaled down to deliver maximum practicality in a smaller footprint without giving up strength, control, or tactical capability. It’s designed to move effortlessly between everyday carry tasks and demanding field use, offering dependable performance wherever it’s deployed.

At the core of the Devilhorn is a 4.3-inch tanto blade crafted from Uddeholm AEB-L stainless steel, cryogenically treated and hardened to 56–58 HRC. This steel is known for its clean edge behavior, fine grain structure, and excellent toughness, making it a trusted performer in both precision and utility cutting roles. The satin finish gives the blade a refined, low-glare appearance while reducing friction during use, helping it track cleanly through material with consistent control.

While the tanto profile is often seen as specialized, the Devilhorn redefines its role through thoughtful geometry and grind design. The saber grind paired with a micro convex edge enhances slicing efficiency while preserving the reinforced tip strength that tanto blades are known for.
