First time owning a Boker, and a automatic EDC.
For the past 40 something years I have always carried a Case medium stockman in my pocket dailey, still do. I had several Uncles who swore by Boker pocket knifes. When I seen the Boker Plus strike OTS Automatic Black I decided to take the plunge and not only own a Boker, but also something other than a medium pocket knife. I am happy I made the purchase. This knife has impressed me in so many ways. The quality for sure lives up to the Boker reputation. Although I am a dedicated Case guy and have been for years, this Boker has energized my interest in knifes as a whole. I find myself trying to find older Boker pocket knifes that my Uncles who have passed away used to carry. I remember them saying if your knife didn't have the german eye/ tree brand then you didn't have a good knife. They swore by them. Now owning this Boker Plus Strike, I now see the quality they spoke of. The action of the blade being deployed is spot on , it is fast and positive and I love that. I'm sure that anyone that purchases this knife will be just as happy as I am.
