The Cold Steel Benchtop Knife Sharpener features an adjustable sharpening system with adjustable angles from 15 to 30 degrees and the kit features 4 diamond sharpening grits (300, 600, 800 & 1000). It has an ambidextrous clamp with even clamping force, a non-marring grip, and a 180-degree rotation for sharpening two edges without removing the knife from the clamp. The Benchtop Sharpener has a weighted base with non-slip feet. Includes a hard shell carry case.
