Granfors Bruk Froe Handle

The Granfors Bruk Froe Handle is a replacement handle for the Froe that is made from hand formed, select, high quality American Hickory. The Froe handle is dried before turning so it will not dry and shrink any further once the axe head has been set on the handle. After the drying the handle is soaked in Linseed oil and treated with beeswax to make it resistant to water and dirt. Wood and steel wedges are included with each handle. The handle has an ergonomic shape for a comfortable grip and made of American Hickory which is both strong and flexible. The Granfors Bruk Froe handle is designed by Hans Erik Persson.
