    The specially shaped stainless steel blade makes sharp cuts and includes a serrated section to clean the mushroom. The patented Opinel folding mechanism with the Virobloc safety ring locks the 3.15 inch Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade both in the open and closed position for maximum safety.
