    OVERVIEW

    The Opinel Paring is perfect for chopping, peeling, slicing, and paring fruits, vegetables and trimming meats. This knife is just the right size for everything from slicing an apple to peeling and slicing a cucumber. Cut fruits and vegetables with classic French style. The handle is constructed of Beech and Hornbeam and an Apple Green color. Opinel knives have been made in France since 1890. It’s recommended to handwash to last longer, but you can clean in the dishwasher.
