    The Shun Sora Composite Blade 8" Chef's Knife features a 8" 420J stainless steel chef's knife with a stainless steel finish. This hard-sharpened 16° double-bevel fixed blade knife has a textured PP/TPE polymer blended handle with traditional Japanese sword hamon lines. Includes VG10 constructed super-steel clad with one layer of stainless steel on each side creating a san mai edge, debossed stainless steel logo, and stain resistant technology. Handcrafted in Seki City, Japan.
