Whether you're interested in premium steels, corrosion-resistant performance, innovative locking mechanisms, or purpose-driven outdoor designs, Spyderco's newest releases offer something for collectors and users alike.

New Sprint Run Models

Native 5 50th Anniversary Sprint Run

The Spyderco Native 5 50th Anniversary Sprint Run is one of the most distinctive commemorative knives Spyderco has ever released, combining the company's iconic Native 5 design with premium materials to celebrate its 50th anniversary. Its 2.98-inch stonewashed CPM S90V PlainEdge blade features Spyderco's signature leaf-shaped profile and a full-flat grind, delivering excellent slicing performance and exceptional edge retention. The blade opens via the Trademark Round Hole and is secured by the Native 5's trusted back lock mechanism. While the performance is unmistakably modern Spyderco, the knife's appearance draws inspiration from traditional pocketknife craftsmanship.

The 4-inch amber bone handle is paired with hand-forged Spyderco mosaic Damascus steel bolsters, creating a striking contrast between the classic materials and modern engineering. Measuring 6.95 inches overall and weighing 4.6 ounces, this Sprint Run is presented in a custom African Padauk display box engraved with Spyderco's 50th Anniversary logo, making this Native 5 a fitting tribute to one of the most influential names in the knife industry. Proudly made in Golden, Colorado, USA.

Smock

The Spyderco Smock Sprint Run brings one of Spyderco’s most distinctive folding knife designs together with one of the most wear-resistant blade steels available today. Designed by Kevin Smock, this version features a 3.39-inch satin-finished CPM Rex 121 blade with the model’s unmistakable modified Wharncliffe profile and a hollow grind that enhances slicing performance while maintaining a strong, precise tip. Known for its extraordinary hardness and edge retention, Rex 121 pushes cutting performance into elite territory, making this Sprint Run particularly attractive to steel enthusiasts and users alike.

The Smock Sprint Run retains the innovative button-actuated Compression Lock mechanism that helped make the Smock a standout in Spyderco’s lineup, offering smooth operation and easy one-handed closing. The 4.53-inch burnt orange G-10 handle scales immediately stand out on this release while providing a secure grip and lightweight carry. Measuring 7.92 inches overall and weighing just 3.8 ounces, this Sprint Run pairs an unconventional design with one of the most extreme high-performance steels ever featured on a production Spyderco.

New SPY27 Models

YoJumbo

The Spyderco YoJumbo, designed by martial arts instructor and personal-defense expert Michael Janich, takes the proven concepts of the YoJimbo 2 and scales them into a larger, more commanding package. This latest version pairs the design with a 3.98-inch satin-finished CPM SPY27 blade, featuring the aggressive Wharncliffe profile and hollow grind that have become hallmarks of Janich’s cutting-focused creations. The straight-edge geometry excels at controlled slicing and precision work, while Spyderco’s Trademark Round Hole and Compression Lock provide fast deployment and secure operation.

Measuring 9.29 inches overall, the YoJumbo offers substantial cutting power without sacrificing ergonomics. Its 5.37-inch cobalt blue G-10 handle provides ample grip area with deeply contoured finger grooves, enhancing control during demanding cutting tasks. At 5.3 ounces, it carries surprisingly well for its size, blending the YoJumbo’s imposing presence with the everyday practicality that has made the design a favorite among fans of Janich’s work. Complementing the blade is a black Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture G-10 handle that provides exceptional traction in wet or slippery conditions while maintaining the Sage 5’s comfortable, hand-filling feel. Measuring 7.13 inches overall and weighing just 3.2 ounces, this Salt Series variant offers an excellent balance of cutting performance, durability, and lightweight carry, making it great for EDC, marine environments, and outdoor adventures.
