New knives at Blade Show 2026 with various brand logos.

Blade Show 2026 brought another wave of new knives from across the industry, with manufacturers using the event to unveil everything from new handle materials and traditional patterns to entirely new platforms and collaborations. Case expanded its lineup with several new distinctive handle options across classic American pocketknife patterns, while companies like Microtech and Toor introduced new directions for established product lines. Fixed blades remained a major focus throughout the show, with Condor, Ocaso, and Microtech each bringing new designs aimed at outdoor, everyday carry, and field use. From limited-edition commemoratives and compact EDC knives to large working blades built for camp and trail tasks, this year has a wide range of interests that continue to shape the knife industry. Here are some of the new knives and handle materials that caught our attention at Blade Show 2026.

Case

New Handle Materials

Persimmon Orange Gator Jig Bone

Pattern Shown: Axe Handle

Case is introducing Persimmon Orange Gator Jig Bone, a vibrant new handle option that combines traditional jigged bone texture with a bold orange color that stands out in the pocket or display case. The gator jigging pattern creates deep, irregular grooves across the surface, giving each knife added depth while preserving the familiar look and feel collectors expect with classic bone handles. Paired with Case's polished bolsters and shield, the bright orange hue offers a modern twist on one of the company's most popular handle materials. For its debut, Persimmon Orange Gator Jig Bone will be available on several patterns, including the Axe Handle, Sod Buster Jr., Folding Hunter, CopperLock, Mini Trapper, and Trapper.

Kinfolks Molasses Jig Bone

Pattern Shown: Medium Stockman

Case is introducing Kinfolks Molasses Jig Bone, a new handle material that draws on the dark, weathered appearance of traditional pocketknives carried and used over generations. Shades of deep brown, black, and amber flow throughout the bone, creating natural variation from knife to knife. The pronounced jigging pattern adds texture while complementing the material's rugged character. Combined with polished nickel silver bolsters and the Case bomb shield, the handle treatment gives these knives a distinctly classic look that feels at home on some of the company's most popular patterns. For its debut, Kinfolks Molasses Jig Bone will be available on the Barlow, Sod Buster Jr., RussLock, Medium Stockman, Mini Trapper, and Trapper patterns.

Burmuda Green Barnboard Jig Bone (Limited Edition)

Pattern Shown: Cheetah Cub

Case is introducing Bermuda Green Barnboard Jig Bone, a limited-edition handle material distinguished by its vivid green color and distinctive barnboard jigging pattern. Unlike the deeper, more irregular texture of traditional gator jigging, the barnboard treatment creates long, linear grooves that make the bone look like weathered wood planks. Shades of emerald and darker green flow throughout the material, creating natural variation from knife to knife while highlighting the texture of the jigging. The handle is complemented by polished nickel silver bolsters and a brass Case USA keystone shield, while the Limited XX Edition blade etch further sets the series apart. Bermuda Green Barnboard Jig Bone will be offered on the Cheetah Cub, Axe Handle, RussLock, Peanut, Large Stockman, Mini Trapper, and Trapper patterns.

Smooth Teal Swirl Kirinite

Pattern Shown: RussLock

Case is introducing Smooth Teal Swirl Kirinite, a new synthetic handle material featuring layered shades of teal, blue, and white that create a flowing, marbled appearance. Unlike traditional bone handles, Kirinite allows light to interact with the material, giving the swirling patterns added depth and movement as the knife is viewed from different angles. The smooth finish highlights the vivid coloration and polished character of the material, pairing well with Case's nickel silver bolsters and oval shield. Because the swirling pattern varies throughout each scale, no two handles will look exactly alike. For its debut, Smooth Teal Swirl Kirinite will be available on the Cheetah Cub, Small Texas Toothpick, Baby Butterbean, RussLock, Stockman, and Trapper patterns.

Rough Jig Red Synthetic

A Case XX folding knife with a red handle and logo.

Pattern Shown: Mini CopperLock

Case is introducing Rough Jig Red Synthetic, a bold new handle option that combines the look of traditional jigged scales with the durability of modern synthetic materials. The vivid red coloration is accented by a rough, jigged texture that adds character while providing a better grip. A stars and stripes case shield complements the bright handle treatment and gives the series a distinct patriotic look. The synthetic construction allows the color and texture to remain uniform across the lineup while capturing many of the qualities that collectors appreciate from natural jigged handle materials. Rough Jig Red Synthetic will be available on the Sod Buster Jr., Axe Handle, Mini CopperLock, Muskrat, Mini Trapper, and Trapper patterns.

The blade's forward-weighted design helps generate chopping power while maintaining enough control for lighter cutting tasks. A 5.34-inch black high-impact polypropylene handle provides a durable, weather-resistant grip and incorporates a pronounced bird's beak pommel that aids retention during heavy swings. Measuring 17.34 inches overall and weighing 18.3 ounces, the Rude Baby occupies the space between a large camp knife and a traditional machete. LUDT RAM-LOK

A folding knife with a black handle on a red background.

The Microtech LUDT RAM-LOK brings one of the company's most recognizable designs into the manual folding knife category for the first time. The 3.45-inch drop point blade is made from Böhler M390MK steel and features a flat grind. Dual thumb studs provide smooth deployment, while the 4.55-inch aluminum handle maintains the lightweight, hard-use character that has defined the LUDT for decades. Measuring 8 inches overall and weighing just 3.8 ounces, the LUDT RAM-LOK easily carries with a reversible tip-up deep-carry pocket clip while preserving the proportions and ergonomics that made the original a favorite within the Microtech lineup. Made in the USA.

M-Stitch

The Microtech M-Stitch takes the distinctive Borka Blades-designed Stitch and scales it down into a more compact EDC platform. Its 3-inch Wharncliffe blade is made from Böhler M390MK steel and retains the aggressive lines and profile that made the original Stitch one of Microtech's most recognizable designs. Deployment is handled through an oversized thumb hole, while the company's RAM-LOK mechanism provides secure lockup and smooth operation. The handle is made from aluminum and measures 4.125 inches long, offering a solid feel in the hand while helping keep the knife's weight to just 3.4 ounces. At 7.125 inches overall, the M-Stitch delivers much of the original model's character in a size better suited to daily carry. The combination of the downsized footprint, premium materials, and signature styling makes it a great addition to the growing RAM-LOK lineup. Made in the USA.

The Ocaso Sevra is a collaboration with Toor Knives that brings a compact fixed blade format to the gentleman’s EDC. Its 2.8-inch drop point blade is made from MagnaCut stainless steel with a stonewash finish that helps conceal wear from regular use. The full tang construction incorporates a pronounced finger choil and jimping along the spine, providing added control for detailed cutting tasks. You can choose between a 3.645-inch Milled Black G-10 handle for a more tactical, minimal look or rich-colored Ironwood scales that add a more traditional character. Measuring 6.75 inches overall and weighing just 2.8 ounces, the Sevra remains lightweight without sacrificing rigidity. Each knife includes an Italian leather sheath equipped with a belt clip for discreet carry and quick access. Made in the USA.
